How to diet?
I think many ways to do diet, so what are the problem?....nothing,
but do you think a man need to diet?..
Hoho...I am not really sure how to say this, but as I know all human need to diet without exception, but not died...heheh. So how to do honest diet?... that the problem,
really, if we search in google we will know more information diet-related. Diet basically means is the amount of food consumed by a person or a particular organism and the type of diet is strongly influenced by the origin of individual background or beliefs adopted by a particular community. But in its development diet more often intended to refer to an effort to lose weight or control your intake of certain nutrients:
Diet in an effort to regulate nutrient intake is divided into 3, namely:
1. Lose Weight Agency for example for a model or actress who wants to maintain her appearance.
2. Increasing Weight Agency for example for sports or bodybuilding athletes who want to increase muscle mass.
3. Abstinence Against Certain foods such as for diabetics (low-carb and sugar).
So we already know whether it's a diet, essentially to decrease or increase the weight, for an ideal and more healthy. so anything that can affect weight?, more factors including:
1. Gen derivatives,
Usually people who have the hereditary gene would be easier fat than people who do not have the gene. so far the genes that affect the obesity gene FTO and other inter-Gen INSIG2
2. Age
Usually age is also influential, though not entirely. but adults are generally easier to fat because the nutrients that enter the body is only used for the activity, in contrast with children or adolescents, where the nutrients that enter ketubuh also used for growth.
3. Type of activity
Although the activity does not necessarily influence obesity, but very influential on the effort to lose weight
4. Type of food
Eating consumed is one of the main factors that influence body weight, so that this factor also was the most frequently discussed in the context of diet.
So we already know whether it's a diet, essentially to decrease or increase the weight, for an ideal and more healthy.
And after we get understanding about diet, then how do diet? Many ways to diet, but so far we are only able to process food and activity factors, so how do we diet:
1. Diligent exercise
2. Set the number and type of food
3. A lot of thinking / learning
4. Sleeping with a regular or less late nights.
